WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please address us directly through our "GET IN TOUCH" tab.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We are currently accepting payments through PayPal Services and all major credit cards. You can find the option of payments at checkout.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! Under the tab "Shop" you will find our Gift Card option. You can purchase from $25.00 to $1,000.00 E-Gift Card. Just remember to read our E-Gift Card Policy right on page. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Since we are based in Puerto Rico, all shipments within

PUERTO RICO have a flat rate of $5.00 or completely free when you spend $50.00 or more. If you are outside of the island, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
